Delivery

Within Germany, goods will be delivered to you by parcel service.

Costs of Delivery

Orders from the online shop can only be delivered against cash in advance within Germany. The delivery costs are included in the prices. Thus there are no further delivery costs for deliveries within Germany. For deliveries abroad, different delivery costs apply (please contact us).

Retention of Title

Until the invoice amount is paid in full, the supplied goods remain our property. German laws shall apply.

Prices

All prices are stated in EUR and contain statutory German VAT.

Return of Goods

You purchase goods from us on approval. Should the articles not be to your liking, you can return them within 14 days. The goods must be unused and in good order. Custom-made products are non-returnable. Returns must be sent sufficiently stamped at the respectively lowest postal rate (as consignment, if possible). Complaints

We kindly ask you to check all consignments after receipt of goods, and advise us of any visible defects within 14 days. You are entitled to rectification of defects free of charge and / or partial or complete replacement of the delivery. After consultation, please return the complained goods to us, sufficiently stamped at the respectively lowest postal rate (as consignment, if possible). We can not accept any consignments with postage not prepaid. In case of justified complaints we will provide replacement and will reimburse you for the postal charges paid by you as a matter of course.

Warranty

The obligation under the warranty covers 2 years. Legal requirements shall apply.

Data Protection

We process personal data for the settlement of contracts and for maintaining current customer relations. Data protecion is of major importance to us. Your personal data and order information are treated with the utmost confidentiality. We will not pass on your data for advertising purposes.

Note

We can not take over any liability for any typing errors or aberrations that may occur despite the greatest care. The colours on the pictures might deviate from the colours of the real articles. The display depends on the respective settings as well as on the different types of hardware.
